- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect to initiate the return process.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and the tracking information confirms non-delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Contact Us: To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@amezinli.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send back the item.
- Shipping Costs: For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, items not in their original condition, or items missing parts).
- Clearance and Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance or sale items cannot be refunded.
- Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
